Mark HARVEY was born on December 05, 1963. He was tragically taken from us all at the age of 36.

Mark was proud to serve as leading retained firefighter with Hampshire Fire Brigade in C38, Botley Station, Hampshire. Earning two commendations during his 17 years of service, he was also passionate about playing drum in the Brigade band and raising money for the Firefighters Benevolent Fund.

The fire service was both a passion and an anchor in Mark's life. So much indeed that he made his family home as close to Botley station as could possibly be without actually moving in.

Mark was also active in village and community life. The life and soul of any party, Mark was gregarious and fun loving. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his family and friends, colleagues, the Winchester club and beyond.
